"Listen To Your Lucky Hunches." Have you ever been introduced to someone and instantly had a strong feeling about them? You don't know what it is, but there's just something about this person. That "something" might be positive, and you may really like them. On the other hand, the feeling might be negative. You don't know why, but you just don't trust this person.
Lucky people trust these kinds of feelings in all areas of their lives. If the feeling is good, they'll follow up the meeting with a phone call to meet for coffee or lunch. From there, this introduction could mean a new job, a new love relationship, or any number of other kinds of lucky opportunities. This takes us back to Principle #1, Maximize Your Chance Opportunities. If the feelings were negative, the lucky person would've moved on to someone they felt they could trust and have a positive experience with.
Do you trust your hunches, good and bad? Can you think of a time you felt these kinds of feelings and in hindsight wished you had trusted them? I'm pretty good at this, but sometimes I fall prey to wanting to be polite or nice. What about you?
